Here's the thing though—read the reviews before you commit. The place has some solid history (Dr. Helwick's been around forever) but lately people are talking about consistency issues. Appointments run 30-45 minutes late with basically no heads up, and the staff communication isn't great. One person got called out for not crating their dog, which was apparently way harsher than necessary. Another person said they couldn't even get lab work sent to their dog's oncologist, and apparently there's no internet in the office which is... wild.
